Shipping, Return & Warranty Policy


A flat standard delivery fee is charged £4.49 for all purchase using Royal Mail 48 Track service. Products will be dispatched within two working days after orders are confirmed. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival.

An Express delivery is also possible for orders made before 1pm, a flat fee £8.49 will be charged using Royal Mail 24 Track service.

  • Little Surprises Ltd is not responsible for delays due to strikes, weather, COVID disruptions, carrier volume, or any other factors not in our control.

Return / Refund

The Chameleon Reader goes through a stringent quality control process to ensure that the product meets the highest safety and operational standards.

We personally check all products are in good condition before shipping is arranged. In the unfortunate case that the product is damaged while on delivery, we will arrange with you for a replacement piece as soon as possible.

Claims should be made 14 days upon receipt of the damaged product. 

Should you decide you don't like it, we are happy to refund your order, so long as:

  • We receive your refund request within 14 days of when you received it.

  • Product returned is new, and we confirm it is not damaged - please pack well!

  • Cost of the shipping is the senders responsibility.



Our warranty covers 1 year from the original date of purchase for Chameleon Reader against all defects or faults in manufacturing or materials. To benefit from the warranty, the original proof of purchase (sales ticket or receipt) must be provided.

The warranty does not cover battery and damage resulting from misuse, falls, dismantling, or repair by unauthorised persons. Standard repairs or exchanges during the warranty period will not affect the expiry date of this warranty. 

Please also kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping the reader back to us, for review. Should the reader be deemed faulty, your shipping cost will be refunded.
